Special concrete inspection services check rebar dimensions and placement to ensure that they all match the engineer's specifications. We also ensure that concrete samples are taken before pouring concrete.
Our welding inspection services ensure that workmen are qualified for the job and that the correct materials are being used. From there, we supervise and document the progress until the job is completed.
Our basic inspection services include electric, plumbing, and framing inspections. We ensure that everything is in compliance with the engineer's drawings and specifications.
There will be additional charges for concrete testing services.

Drawings must be sent as a PDF file by email two days in advance of the appointment date. When the inspector arrives on site, a complete copy of the drawings must be given to the inspector. This copy must be signed and sealed and will remain with us for our records.
