Pricing Policy

All appointments must be made two days in advance and the type of inspection should be specified. A minimum deposit of $350.00 is required prior to the inspection visit and the rest of the payment should be made upon receiving the report. If you fail the inspection, a second inspection visit will be required, and the total will amount will be $750.00 for both inspections. If more than two visits are required, each inspection visit after the first two will be $350.00 each. 

If you wish to cancel your appointment, you must do so 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. 

Engineers and contractors will receive a special offer. 

We are not responsible for any design mistakes, collapses, injuries, fatalities or other liabilities that may occur on site.
